Best part of the video was when you told us what quilting motif you used to quilt it! I recently had a conversation with a quilting friend and I bemoaned the fact that for so many years, quilting patterns say "quilt as desired".....why don't patterns say what motif the quilter used for the project????? So THANK YOU, JENNY! for describing your quilting motif!!!!! MSQC ROCKS!!!!!

@ruthhilsdorf3210 Жыл бұрын
Yes the pillowcase is that easy. I like to do the French seam, an extra step but gives a nice finished seam that will never fray out. I’ve made many of them for donation and when I do a baby quilt I like to do a small pillowcase to match if I have enough fabric. A small travel size pillow works great for when baby is old enough for it.

I am so happy to see this tutorial. I saw this pattern❤ last year and decided I wanted to make it. It was so pretty and looked simple enough. Unfortunately it was on another quilting channel and they didn’t make their squares like you all. Started making squares and was so confusing the way they did them. I now feel like a dummy after seeing how simple you all make it. Starting all over now and already can tell this is going faster than before. I’ve been a follower since you began years ago when I first became a grandmother and my daughter wanted me to make her baby a quilt. Thank you Jenny and family for helping quilters with your down to earth and easy methods. You make it so much more fun. Happy 4th of July!
