I starting listening to you right when you started and I find that your videos hit different in different phases of life. Your words are so beautifully thought out

Wow.. You are so right. This is what I do with an extra arc white paper folded once in my weekly spread. Brain dumps, creative ideas etc. Project planning. Task lists. When I've got everything into my planner I just let go of that paper..

You are very right about too long ago o do lists - I totally freeze if it’s too long and I don’t know where to start!

Most of my tasks are routine. The same things everyday. I need to redo my daily checklist. And do the priority matrix. Thanks. Kathy B

This sounds really great .. will try your Dashboard... Sadly your planer as PDF is a little expensive for me, esp because it's only for half a year now

Prioritizing tasks is difficult for me. My ADD makes it hard to decide what's most important. I just can't use the Eisenhower matrix because it doesn't make sense to me Kathy B

@@jamesbriggs5740 I wonder if perhaps you have a misunderstanding of the Eisenhower Matrix. It’s not about deciding what is the most important task vs everything else. The Important Category is about knowing which tasks relate to outcomes that are important to you vs which tasks are not important or meaningful for you. There will likely be many tasks that fall into the Important category, and then you prioritize the tasks that are also urgent, meaning that they need to be done sooner. Once you know which tasks are Important to you (because completing them will impact your goals or personal objectives) and are also Urgent, then you can tackle that shorter list of tasks in an order that makes sense based on timing and due date etc.
