More suggestions of things to carry with you in your purse: a bottle of water, emergency space blanket, first aid kit, flashlight & spare batteries, fire starter, single walled stainless steel bottle, 3 days of your medications, analgesic ie. Advil, diphenhydramine, protein bars, map of local area (the old fashioned folding paper map), mace, etc...

I just want to say that your "hiding-in-plain-sight" gadgets are a great idea and I think I'm gonna follow your lead on that. Also, I don't think there is anything wrong with the concept. Especially when you're a woman, you're gonna get bothered sometimes when you're walking somewhere. Or sometimes you're having a bad day and just don't want to deal with unnecessary stuff from other people. I suffer from depression, sometimes when emotions build up, I have to just cry. But I don't want anyone to see me crying, especially in public. so I either put my jacket hood up and keep my eyes down or, like you, put on some sunglasses. I'm an introvert (I'm actually kind of in the the middle of the introvert-extrovert spectrum, but I definitely lean more introvert) so I know how it feels to sometimes want to be as invisible as possible to others. It happens. I'm not unfriendly, I'm not mean, I don't hate anyone, I'm not someone who snubs people. I'm simply quiet and reserved and I only let people know stuff when I trust them. Nothing wrong with simply being an introvert.

One of my #1 purse essentials is my e-reader (not only does it provide something to read if your waiting for something, but also recipes [good when grocery shopping], notes -- and with a tablet type of e-reader like my Kindle Fire, it's a small computer [yes I know a smart phone can perform some of the same functions, but it's easier on the reader]). Also you should add as cold sore remedy and/or chap stick, dental floss, backup charging cables, a pashmina (for cold restaurants); your preferred artificial sweetener, and a small hair brush. [Get a bigger hand bag ;-) )

Mu ipad mini is one of my main essentials, perfect size for a purse. It's multi functional and a great time waster. I also read on there using the Kindle app and the iBook app, both are great, so I don't need to carry a separate reader.

My eReader is also an essential to always have on me. It's a kindle paperwhite so it's super thin and small, so easy to fit in any purse!

Safety pins are a must. Or a small sewing kit. Eyeglass wipes too. Nothing worse than putting on your glasses or Sunny’s with spots all over them plus I use them on my phone screen too.

I carry pretty much everything you said, but I also carry band-aids, neosporin, floss or dental picks, nail clippers, an oral anesthetic paste (like orajel or oralbase), sunscreen, mace, and something like salonpas for a back ache or something like that, stuff ibuprofen doesn't really work that well on. Also i'll put flats in my purse if i'm wearing heels and i decide i don't want to wear the heels anymore. I'll also throw a few random small snacks in there for a busy day, but those last two are more situational. I carry wrist splints, I work with computers a lot and have bad wrists so those are specific to me. There is usually some entertainment in there, like a book or my 3ds. As you can imagine I don't do well with very small bags. Anyway aside from my essentials, my bag is usually flooded with lip products, receipts, or any other small bits that find their way in there through out the week. I found a mail box package key that belongs to the postal service in there last week. >.< 3: I promise i did not intentionally steal it.

i carry a large purse just because i basically carry my life in my purse therefore i carry A LOT of things. my mom and my friends call my the Mary Poppins lady because of all the things i carry.

I love this video.....my fav is the "stealth" with the sunglasses lol. I think I always carry a flash drive, a DEODORANT, and my baby lips..lol just me! I tend to sweat if I get nervous or what not

Also, living in this crazy world, I would definitely get something for self-defense... maybe some pepper spray, maybe a folding knife, pressure-tip self defense key chain, or if you're not comfortable with stuff like that, maybe just a whistle or something so that if you find yourself in danger (whether by another human, an animal, etc.) you can use it to alert people in the vicinity and signal for help. Just my two cents.

Great stuff what I carry also is a little bag like a makeup bag and put deodorant, small brush, hair spray or mouse toothbrush n toothpaste. The spray for ur mouth is awesome too. It's funny how my family tell me why do I have a big purse put than they are trowing their stuff in my lol. Thanks for showing us ur essentials. Love watching your videos.

I carry, what I call my bathroom bag which has potty seat covers,should I need a public restroom, a travel poopurrie in case I need to be thoughtful if in a friends home, scented wipes to refresh, small deodorant also to refresh... It takes up so little room... and a wisp toothbrush.

My purse contents are very different than yours. I agree with a lipstick/ blush product and the concealer plus a comb.. Wet wipes are great and. Any needed feminine products are wise. Here are some of my additional products: a flash light, a personal alarm, mini nail clippers, a multitool with both knife , pliers, screw driver and possibly a bottle opener. A black trash bag I like a pair of folding scissors as they work better than the ones on a multi tool.. I always have hand sanitizer. I keep my items in a 4”x6” EDC bag that I can change from purse to purse. In the EDCbag I have some cash, bandaids, Neosporin, 1 blood stoping compress, a list of emergency phone numbers and email addresses in case my phones is lost or stollen, plus most tools.

I agree with you hand sanitiser must be .I have small tines with panty liner toilet site cover single wipe gór intyme parts and on top have b8g wipes in puts for big emergencies and hand sanitiser yo clean toilet b3for and recently i start using little plastic b9ne for d9g bags as storage for vinyl glows when i go for public spaces hate them live in England ...yhhhh they are dirty....

I use a high coverage BB cream that acts like ur liquid concealer + that lip&cheek product just like u. But I'll add on the perfume sample as u suggested. Other things I have quite the same as you. So happy sharing this! Just that I don't do pills coz I'm a no pill person. I tend to fold my backup cash in origami in my purse so I'm not tempted to use it unless really necessary. & I use spray sanitizer instead. Tkachenko for sharing again!

I can’t use public toilets without wiping them down. I’m (21) and vacations with my parents and grandparents were getting unbearable with my germ focused ocd. My mom then thought to bring Clorox wipes and Lysol with us for me and it was like I was able to breathe again without the constant anxiety of maybe having to use a public toilet. No more holding in pee until I burst or being afraid to eat because I also have irritable bowel. We were like “man how did we not think of this before?!” Lol no more grumpiness from me on vacations or even just days trips to go shopping. I also can’t go number 2 and just use toilet paper. It’s so disgusting to me. Anyways the whole point of this was to say I carry Clorox wipes and wet wipes so I can go on about my day and not let my ocd ruin EVERYTHING and believe me it did and still does to some extent but I’ve learned how to help myself out some.

I realize this video is more than a month old & that I will take a hell of a shit storm for this, but it is really sad that you think a woman NEEDS to carry at least two products to make herself look "presentable". As if she is some sort of troll if she doesn't conceal a blemish or is a little pale.

I definitely think that it depends on the type of woman and the type of day she is having. For example, a professional woman who may spend a day at work and then go out for dinner in the evening may want to freshen up, which I don't think is sad at all. Of course, as I say, this is my opinion on what I consider purse essentials for me. I'm certainly not saying that every single woman needs these items, but they are good items to have on you. Although I regularly carry a bit of makeup in my bag, I don't always use it or need it! But sometimes you never know what a day will bring! I hope you were able to get some inspiration or enjoyment out of this video though!

i agree with Alexis aka Miss Trenchoat on this one. i have a concealer and a mascara and some kind of nude or slightly colored lip product (lip gloss, lip stick, lip balm, etc.) just because sometimes i notice if i dont get enough sleep i get dark circles and i want to cover them up and brighten up my face. if you choose not to carry around products that you think will freshen you up and brighten up your face then that is your choice.
