Before investing, please talk to people who are already living there(at least for a year preferably ) . ask them what they like/don't like. Consider those glass balconies aren't safe for children. In my appartment complex glasses started to fall down in 3 years and we had to change the whole block.

Wow, this property in Mombasa looks exotic. The place looks like a high-end hotel in the Caribbean similar to where you guys stayed in Barbados. Definitely worth the investment. It is the scenery for me. Imagine waking up to that scenery everyday. It's like you are waking up in a hotel room with a ocean front view. From watching you and Maya, you both mentioned that you love the ocean. Great video Miss Trudy. I believe you have found a gem indeed in this property. Yours and Maya's mindset is very good.
