Hey Dear, thank you for the masterclass. I feel like it was an educational experienced for all of us. Question for you: your referred to one of the dishes as “Cassava Spinach.” Is it the same as Cassava Leaves? I am almost certain that it is. We eat Cassava Leaves in West Africa (mainly in Liberia and Sierra Leone). You and Maya were treated to it when you visited Sierra Leone. You actually loved it, as I have heard you raved about it in a couple of your subsequent vlogs. It was prepared very differently here, perhaps it is why you didn’t recognize it. Thanks again. I drank African pot stored water in Machakos, Kenya, it very cool water and it also enhances the test. Its true. Trudy natural look worked for her I just figured that out. I think that why commentors are also agreeing to that. People, eat healthy and organic its the only way out. Tz make their restaurant's like this. That how I spot one when there. I eat king fish there I still miss it.
