One of Team Discraft's newest team members, Missy Gannon, walks us through her bag and what she's packing for the 2020 season. I’ve got 5 Undertakers in the bag right now, covering every stability in my fairway lineup! The tour series ones are great because I can rip them hard and flat and trust they’re gonna go straight without turning then check up at the end!

Her tour series undertaker is filthy. Very straight disc even when thrown into some headwind. I have that one and an ESP for hyzer flip shots. Such a great disc.

I have a TI undertaker that I love. Used to use it for straight shots with a little overstability but ive hit a ton of trees and now its good for hyzer flips that glide a bit right

I throw mainly discraft right now and I have two undertakers in different plastics bc I use them so much and I can rely on them to do what I want them to do 99% of the time!

Hey Missy I love your tour series Undertaker! I use it in the woods for a straight shot with a little more left fade at the end when I need more turn than my ti undertaker.

I don't throw the Undertaker, but love the Zone and the Buzzz. I use Zone as my only approach disc, and it's really rare that I throw any other midrange than the Buzzz, since it can be bent to do almost everything I need it to do. Maybe I'll need to try an Undertaker... :) Wishing Missy an awesome continued 2020 season!

Undertaker is one of my favourites and I use it for straight shots and nothing but straight shots. It is one of it not my most straight disc! May have to bag a Gannon one

Take out the thrasher, insert the hades and throw a heat in there, and our bags are pretty identical apart from the putters! Great minds ;)

Flat to straight 300ish lines where there is a slight breeze with a mild finish left (RH Backhand) glide for days.

Gotta say I'm a Gannon fan! I like her play because it's very consistent compared to the rest of the field, and even when her rounds aren't hot her misses are usually good misses rather than errant shots. Hopefully she gets hot one of these tourney because I think if she starts a roll she'll stay on it.

I have most of these besides the Force, Fierce, and any Challenger putter. (I tend to putt with Jawbreaker Roaches.) I do have a Zflx Undertaker, every time I've thrown it I've found it to be stable. I figure it could be because I may be a wimp.

The way I think about it is: when you hold a disc to throw it is on one side of your body, not directly between your body and the target. Overstable means the disc will curve away from your body, where as understable the disc will start to turn back towards your body.

Michael Thomas can it be right or left? I thought I was really understanding and thought an over stable rhbh would go right, but then she says the zone is the most over stable and it held its line left. Are both sides and holding the angel mean over stable? And if it wants to catch itself and come towards the middle considered stable?

@@austinthrowsstuff It depends if you're throwing as a righty or left, which is why MT explained it like they did. If you are a RHBH, overstable will go left. It fights against the spin of your disc. Here's a few things to help you while you learn terminology and the game. Don't stress so much about the nuances of things like the stability of plastic, wear and tear, different characteristics of weight, and such and just throw. Right now focus on mid to low weight, they are easier to throw. Get non putters in ESP or Big Z type of plastics. Don't throw drivers right now. Get understable disc, they are more beginner friendly. Also, stable can mean neutral or overstable. It's confusing. I like to say things fly neutral if they are straight fliers and if I use the word stable, it's just another word for overstable but used as a comparison.

Austin Texas Law RHBH and LHFH overstable is left, RHFH and LHBH overstable is right. Understable is the opposite of those, and stable means "relatively straight"

@@Pearagon10 I'm going to have stop you there on that very last part. It's dependent on where you are from on what the term "stable" means. It is either relatively straight or it is another word for overstable. It's stupid and confusing especially for newer players. Stable needs to have one meaning. It makes more sense to say a Zeus is more stable than the Hades. Does that mean one of them flies straight? Not necessarily. If you want to describe straight, it should be straight or neutral. That's just my take on it I guess, but it's stupid confusing.
