Mistake on the blueprint, had to move the catch basin

Civil plan, and the architectural plan did not meet up on the blueprint. After we done the job.When the foundation guys came, they discovered the catch basin was in the house. Easiest thing to do was to move the basin, so that's what we did.

That one's on them. I put it where our print said to put it . I would say the engineer or the Architect would pick up the final bill.

Wow $62 for stabilized sand is wild! Is there anything special in it such as lime? Or is sand just hard to come by in TX? I'm on the river in kentucky and fine sand like that is about $15 a ton.
