Hi Sidhant, thanks! Yes! I would say that this is a great indicator of being "ready" to start looking for work, mostly because it means you're getting pretty good at HTML and CSS if you can replicate a page or design for all screen sizes. It depends on what you specialize in and where you find clients, but at this point there's a lot you can start to do. You can start making edits to existing sites, build landing pages, learn to set up and customize WordPress sites or Shopify stores, learn PSD to WordPress (with a page builder and without), etc etc.

Your English seems great my friend. Sure! Bootstrap can work well. One of the themes I like to use is called UnderStrap, which is a basic starter theme that uses Bootstrap. Tailwind has recently become my favorite CSS framework, but Bootstrap is still king and it's used for tons and tons of projects.
