Waise Amazon ke policy me likha hai ki wo laptop, gadgets,etc pe open box dete hai.. lekin hmko delivery man bola ki aapka open box nhi hai.. aur hum khud se check nhi kar paye kyuki order place maine kisi relative se karwaya tha isliye mere pass detail nhi tha.... isliye aapne jo order diya hai uske Order Details me jake confirm shi se check kar lijiyega ki open box hai ya nhi.. wha mention hoga.. agar open box nhi hoga toh aapko delivery walo ko sidha OTP share karna padega wo bina OTP bataye kholne nhi dega.. baki aap jb khud se kholte smy video jarur bana lijiyega taki baad me claim kar ske... Aur video me hardware ke saath saath jab aap laptop open kar rhe ho us smay ka bhi video bnaiyega taki koi software me problem aaye toh claim kar paye.. apne saath kisi ko rakhiyega.. Aur baki baat rhi laptop ki.. toh laptop ikdam badhiya mila hai software aur hardware done shi hai mera.. brand new laptop hai koi used nhi kiya hua hai.. Baki Amazon ki pakaging bhi kafi acchi thi..pura box properly sealed tha Amazon ke paper tape se.. Baki aur koi doubt ho toh aap puch skte hai..
