4:00 Funny, but that does not work against bots, they know when you turn the engine off and throw their engines on a very low setting like ~2-7% that even Hotas players would have a hard time getting right and that gives them a deceleration that's very similar to a shut off engine, but with a control level way beyond a human can achieve, this is not considering the fact that bots are just plain better at near stall and post stall manoeuvres than any human can ever achieve.

Good information! I have to say I'm not surprised by this though, I've always felt that was one of the ways they were able to get players to overshoot so easily when we are on their tail!

It's that whole rudder and engine throttle control thing working in tandem. Essentially, the bots have more fingers to put on the key baord at one time, and more coordination in working them, than we will ever have lol.
