Mistakes were MADE !

We have got a porch awning and each time we put it up the sides near to the van always flap. When we went to waudbys caravan shop, they told us to peg the sides down near to side of van first. Then peg the rest of the awning out, so next time we use it will do that first. We ended up taking it down last time at east in the wind and rain as it kept us awake all night flapping. Xx

I've just remembered someone told me about some suckers called limpits that you can also use with your awning sides to attach to the van. Xx

You mentioned seasonal pitches a while ago and I’ve been looking into it for a while. Depending on where in the country you want to be camping the forest have quite a few sites and pretty reasonable prices 👍
