This MRN/OLTL mash-up represents the long closing from Fred Rogers' final episode in 2001. Note the special holiday piano remix of OLTL's Holdridge/Nichtern theme at the beginning, which then gives way to the regular extended version of the song.

VaultMasterDBT I agree 100%. To get a clear copy of the OLTL music from 1995 to 2004 would be dream. To have OLTL back on TV or streaming the correct way would be awesome. But with Tour of Llanview3 and this music and 1 min closes. If ABC and license out old TGIF shows on Hulu they should add AMC, OLTL to it.

Well, your dream has already come true, as my previous MRN/OLTL 1996 closing has the full Holdridge/Nichtern theme included, and another copy of it can be found here, via my regular KZbin viewer, Greg Palmer: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eaayhqmtrtqMrqM I agree--vintage ABC soap episodes should be licensed out to streaming services. The only obstacle I see in that, though, is music licensing issues. Those are what kept the 1982-89 episodes of Ryan's Hope off SoapNet. Infusing popular music into scenes on soaps was becoming more commonplace in the 1980s, and it seems like it was going to be too arduous for networks or studios to edit out the music in question.
