The white mower is a MTD. The black one looks to be an older Yardman. But im unsure. The white is definitely a MTD. I had one just like it. 1990 was the year mine was.

That is an mtd fnr transaxle, really good for either mudding or racing, its so easy to fix and make a diff lock in it

I would be able to get through that mud with my off-road track I haven't used it in over 5 years because the state of Massachusetts been slowly shutting down all the places that just be able to off-road but mine has a 22-in tires in the rear with Golf Cart Rims and hubs it's only got a four-speed go-kart clutch so basically if I was going for that much don't be behind me cuz I usually floor and once I clutch and gauges the mud touch flying so when you have an open diff that's the best you can do is just pin it tires help a lot
