Funny thing is that his voice (Takaya Kuroda) and Edgeworth's (Eiji Takemoto) did do work together in the Samurai Warriors series (Kuroda as Hanzou Hattori and Takemoto as both Mitsunari Ishida and Katsu'ie Shibata). The director is probably the director of Showa Kamen Rider, and it is said that he used to take a drama series called "Jidaigeki" in which samurai and ninjas play an active role. Amazing steel samurai birth secret story! !! Of course, the person who wrote the lyrics for this song is also Shu Takumi!

It's crazy coming back here years later now fully knowing what tokusatsu is and it dawning on me that Ace Attorney got some characters who are also toku fans. And I guess while I'm here, yeah it'd be real cool if there was a short toku for Steel Samurai. Wouldn't be the first time Capcom was associated with the production of one in some fashion anyway.
