What i love about willjum is he always builds in a scenic area. Like one side of his base will have a beautiful view. He’s good at all aspects of rust. Great farmer, great builder, awsome pvp player, he works great with other players. And he just has that laid back way about him. He looks exactly how I pictured him too lol.

On the progression of solo vs groups there is one very good solution. Make research much cheaper, but add scrap to item crafting costs. Such as weapons, gear sets, meds and more. That would make scrap an important resource for everyone trough the whole wipe and the zergs would need tons of it.

I really agree with EVERYTHING when u talked about the direction of rust and it’s current state. I miss the old days, not only due to the nostalgic feeling, but due to everything u guys concluded as well.... I even go back a watch old videos from 2016-17 where I first started playing for real. Lately I’ve been doing more different stuff when playing that makes the game more survival. I unbind my “g” key for map, so I have to lay out it all from what I see round the open world when I roam. This makes it very interesting and exploring very exciting :-) Also exploring electricity in terms of more advanced trap bases is very fun and just living of that loot :p

Ive been doing solo and progression is hard on beginning of wipe for me, usually the agro troll nakeds and roof campers seem to make grinding pretty hard. I played willjums server mid wipe and it was much more fun when most agro players went to other servers.

This was so much better than the Memeio episode. It was so much more natural and just enjoyable. Watching you talk to Memeio was just..... you could tell it was forced and it was like pulling teeth to get him to say anything at all or even focus on a topic. I stopped watching like after 30 minutes. But this was very interesting and normal, just the two of you hanging out and talking about things, I really enjoyed this episode, even more I think than the blueprint one. When you get to like mid season of these episodes you should just do a rap up video where you get everyone in the episodes in to a big call and just everyone hangout and discuss whatever they feel like. Maybe like every six episodes to keep the number of people reasonable and not just utter chaos althought chaos would be kind of fun too. It was genuinely nice to see that Will is just the same normal person in an interview that he is in game. If you notice it's the same kind of thing that you get with all the most popular people generally, they are all just who they are and don't need to pretend. I think that's what makes us gravitate to the content and enjoy it more.

wow great talk i remember when i first started playing rust was so chaotic you didnt have a map you had to craft one you could still key raid the game was relatively friendly and that stupid team system wasnt there rust was way better back then i think that was around 2016 but hear me out we have softcore and normal mode right now what if they added a new mode called hardcore that removed those features teams,map,drones etc
