Brilliant,a worked in the Barras at aged 13 wae a guy called Davey who sold carpets '72 or '73 when a was at St kentigerns,St Mungo's annexe in Duke street......happy days.

Aye Gary,went from Duke St up to the new temporary St Mungo's up across from the Wills factory,which was handy for me,a short walk up through the Drives in Dennistoun. The new comprehensive was just being built. I often think about the guys I went tae school with,a wee guy called Mitch fae the Calton who also had a Saturday job in the Barras and ma pal fae Parkhead Cass a half caste boy who everybody liked,a lot of happy memories fae Findlay Drive just along fae the Dennistoun Palace.
