This is amazing! At my school we always learn "1/2ab×sin(C" and other things but never why. You always explain it so clearly and so well, thank you

I need this to remind me of the stuff I learnt and effectively forgot 5yrs ago. I don't suppose it's necessary but having a 2nd camera might make your videos more visually interesting but otherwise, this is good.

fast way to get the sine law from this using this formula. write the area formula using all three angles : ( 1 / 2 )ab sin C = ( 1 / 2 )bc sin A = ( 1 / 2 )ac sin B Now multiply all of them by 2 : ab sin C = bc sin A = ac sin B divide all by abc : ab sin C / abc = bc sin A / abc = ac sin B / abc sin C / c = sin A / a = sin B / b

How we prove 1/2 bxh.U proved this by using formula.but mathematician derivatives formula how?
@wildreams4 жыл бұрын
You can do that by recognizing that there are 3 general cases of triangles: Case 1: Right angle triangles. (simplest: Area = 1/2 of a rectangle) Case 2: Acute angle triangles. (Area = sum of 2 half rectangles) Case 3: Obtuse angle triangles. (Area = 1/2 large rectangle - 1/2 small rectangle) Using some algebra, you will realize that all cases leads to (1/2)bh; after you factorize and simplify. It's quite simple actually. Why not try this yourself with a pencil and paper? :)

I think you know how to find the area of a rectangle. l*b. So triangle is half of rectangle, ie, 1/2 lb. Now, its for right angled one. For other types, just make two imaginary right angled triangles and add them up.
