Hi, love your presentation and think it will help me as I have struggled with spraying and tilting! You aren't specific about your brushes except "calligraphy", but would love to know which brush you're starting out with which looks like a flat, 1" or a Hake?. And maybe what type or size of calligraphy. Thank you so much!

Thanks so much, glad you found it helpful. I used a size medium pro arte hake at the start, my calligraphy brushes are just a cheap set from Amazon, sorry I have no idea of the size or brand.

Chris, what kind of paper do you prefer to paint on?

I use different papers depending on the effect I want. Some of my favourites are Saunders Waterford, Arches, Canson Heritage, Baohong Master’s, Bockingford 200lb.
