Wesley - this song speaks to me; I too have battled mental health issues. We are supposed to feel the pain - and I would guess that you are also sensitive to the pain of others? Many times, I thought of the ways I could end it all! But - God, revisited my life in power and LIFTED me up and out of it! Not saying I don't ever get blue from time to time; but He's ALWAYS there to pick me up and CARRY me forward.

This June I will be 5 years clean from Heroin. I've been misunderstood by others, sure. However, it was myself who misunderstood myself, thus wanting to runaway from God, and my existence. Now? Well now, sobriety feels like a new high(?! never thought I'd be able to say that!) God has been great to me, 2 overdoses. Given another chance both times. Thank you God.

I love this song. It just bothers me how “magic” is used in a worship song to the lord when magic is an abomination to the Lord. Couldn’t another word be used like wonder? 🫠
