Megger - Why don't you all explain HOW a megohmmeter works when you are testing insulation on single insulated conductors (all insulated) and installed in a PVC Raceway with no contamination on the insulated conductors. In fact, why not "attempt" to explain how the return current gets to the return lead when again all paths in the raceway and the raceway itself are insulated. Go head.....I'll Wait.
