Mitch, you are brilliant and so articulate. I think you are a man of integrity, and a true seeker of wisdom. You are also very very intense. Whatever we believe, we believe it through the lens of our own personality. There is an edge of dogmatism in much of what you say, and in particular the frequent repetition of a sentence or thought for emphasis. Do you allow lightness into your being? Do you laugh? Do you dance? Do you just throw up your hands and admit that you don't know the answer? Do you eat ice cream and potato chips? Do you allow the wisdom of the divine energies to guide you? Do you give up control? It seems to me that there is a limit to the amount of comprehension that humans are capable of in the realms beyond the veil. And in fact, the mystery, the unknown, the unpredictable are all part of the fun of this human journey. If we were able to predict and control each and every thing, where would be the fun of this human adventure? It seems that you work very hard to label, compartmentalize, create rules, lists, plans, etc., in order to achieve goals. You still might not get what you're going for. And you might not ever figure out why. The most surprising and wonderful blessings have occurred in my life when I expressed a desire lightly and then forgot about it.

I love this guy. Honesty is the best. Funny that he is stuck. I'm going to search out for someone that could help me with my soul purpose . I've always been a get it done person and have done a lot but I feel I'm still not totally at where I want to be. I constantly ask for confirmation.

Mitch sounds particularly intense in this interview compared to the others he's done on Inspire Nation.

Been learning from Michael Losier (have you interviewed him yet?) that our Life Purpose is to have Joy, so what Mitch shared with us ties nicely in with that. Love the 4 Steps method for moving forward if you feel stuck, especially about prayer which I feel is very important. Totally agree with what Mitch says about that, has worked for me in the past and I certainly believe that prayer is a way to express both gratitude and our concerns and a mediator is not required, unless you want one. =D

I took a foundations course and have been listening to and interacting with a variety of vedic astrologers. Im conflicted about continuing because even as professionals have expressed, there are no certainties of course. However natal charts are presented as a divine map essentially and calculations so specific that fear and a sense of hopelessness is stoked when an astrologer with 40 years of experience basically tells you this is your fate and there you have it. Its especially unhealthy for those who are already in tough situations or come from opressive backgrounds who at the end of the day need hope and healing- who might have naively gotten a reading for further insight but was served some divine certainty (approx 60-80% accuracy ive been told for masters) of a current life tied to past usually negative karma, and no real hope of improvement. Hope is the upshot of the unknown after all☀. Im somewhat speaking from experience (nobodys chart is perfect right?) but mostly i read a lot of comments from others regarding vedic astro and its a lot of panic, sadness and worry which simple mantras dont assuage. Another issue i have is astrologers putting the fault back onto the client- people need to take a more spiritual view etc. Theres no follow through or guidelines or therapeutic approach for such things which i find bothersome esp for a discipline in which a mere human is telling another human about divine fate- just a small thing haha Just doesnt sit well with me. I know this is an off topic ramble and i have brought this up in other groups, but i really enjoy Inspire and Mitch since I first heard you on here last year and selfishly want to hear you speak more on this topic! I too want to write about metaphysics and how it meets our needs today and youre an inspiration! Great respect and best to you both!

Hi, I know this is a long time after you wrote this, but, perhaps you'll see it. I just wanted to offer some thoughts about Jyotish (vedic astrology). I've studied it for almost 30 years and respect and love much of the beauty of it, but I am *extremely* aware of the fatalism and how scary it can be. That's the reason I've never pursued it professionally because I believe that there is a power of love that transcends your chart and there are certainly some long practicing Jyotishis who will say that as well, but, frankly, not many. I'm going to try to keep this as brief as I can, but I think much of the truth of it comes down to deeply examining the last house of the chart, which is Pisces. That is the goal of our journey, so it's important to see what it indicates, reflects. Its lord is Jupiter, one of the two Gurus recognized in Jyotish and the other Guru is Venus and Venus has its exaltation in the last few degrees of Pisces (precisely at the 27th degree) in a nakshatra ruled by Mercury and the nakshatra itself has the deity of Pushan. Pushan is often described as being a protector of animals, a guide on the path and also a very benevolent, loving deity, quite, quite similar to Christ. The sign of Pisces, is, of course, the cosmic ocean, where all is dissolved together, purified and revived and Venus is known in Jyotish to be the only one who has the power to bring the dead back to life and who is willing to teach the demons ("demon" is not really a good translation of "asura", but, suffice it to say that Venus is not discriminating and judging, but accepting all, since what Venus does in its highest form is unite in love) and Mercury there balances and evaluates what the path has been and Pushan is the consummate loving guide to carry the soul to its future. So, there in the final degrees of the chart, there is a combined energy of what is basically pure love and unity, the ultimate oneness. Quite frankly, to my mind, it very much reflects the core, seed energy of Christianity in love and the mercy and grace of God being the primary energies of life. And that implies that there *is* the power of love to transcend the often very hard, angular and starkly defined placements of the chart. I also have come to personally believe that the chart reflects your ideas about yourself before you were born into this incarnation - your ideas related to your past karmas, etc. But I think this is where profound love (from God, from self) comes into play. I think this infinite power of love which can get channeled in a focused way through your thoughts and emotions can be used to "rethink" your chart, your destiny - to recreate it, to rewrite those prebirth thoughts. I think that we have entered an era where this possibility (which has always been there) of transformation through our own thoughts and beliefs is being more widely expressed and made available to a larger number of people. I really do believe this is the key to transcending our birth charts. I think there were many mysteries and truths from the Vedic rishis which have been lost or hidden over the course of time. I think those last three degrees of the astrological chart are truly the key and those really do reflect the power of grace and much of the teachings related to the law of attraction. Anyway, just wanted to express this and, if you've ever been scared by a Jyotish reading, I hope this can help.

What is this natural temple Mitch was talking about? Something Norin Vega or I don't know. Where are these temples around the world? Is there a list or a map? And as I am asking this does anyone know where I could get an accurate map of ley lines (dragon lines) in Europe? Cheers from Slovenia. Great show.

Michael, last year on this interview, How to Move Past Subconscious Blocks through Psycho-Cybernetics!, Mitch was going to share his BIG goal he'd set for himself. Did he share that in one of his interviews with you? If so, I missed it. Thanks!
