It's rare that I hear a song on Pandora (Black Keys Radio) and immediately search it out... the song wasn't even over before I ran to the keyboard. It was an enormous shock when I found out that Mitch King wasn't enormously famous... because his music is better than 99% of the stuff out there today. Keep it up man, you're gonna be HUGE!

I've been coming back to this song for years... it's so good. The ending in particular goes HARD, man. I've never heard an acoustic guitar be that heavy to this day. I'm a luthier, too, so hearing someone play a guitar this well gives me immense joy. You're fuckin' incredible.

For all the people asking, Mitch King replied to a comment about the tuning. He said “C, G, C, C, G, C. (G string tuned low.) also I use 13-56 gauge strings, which helps compensate for the low tuning. Hope this helps :)” Rock on everybody!

Listening to Black Keys- Pandora radio -I heard this song & had to stop it and search who it was. First time I had ever heard of Mitch and unbelievably pleasantly surprised ! Man...some of the best acoustic guitar work I've ever seen! Dude- it touched my soul. It especially got me once the tambourine came in with the left leg. I stinking love this song.... Honestly the instrumentals are just absolutely amazingly satisfying to listen to. Everything about them is just "UH" i honestly don't even know how to words the feeling haha. It's rare for music to get me moving uncontrollably, and your music does. Holy cow... This song is off the rails good. The vamping is so good and then when you just start cuttin loose at the end you made all my hair stand on end. You are truly incredible.
