That lovable old heartless skinflint, Mitch McConnell, is trying his hand at acting! He thinks it will help soothe his burdened conscious. Helping the poor takes a lot out of your soul. Especially one as malevolent as Mitch's.
Maybe next time, he can audition for Hannibal Lecter! "Have the stomach stopped growling, Clarice?"
