I love to watch your art and read your art blog and your reflections on color, art and inspiration. I also think its interesting to experience different kinds of Art and choice of subject, techniques, styles and experience. - and I really love your focus on beauty. I think beauty is very important, maybe the most important and difficult subject because the experience of beauty, wonder, awe is a secret door into deep experience and meaning 🎶🧡🎵

Thanks, Liz, for your comments on that not often viewed video. Yes, I focus on the beauty and painting; in fact, I think that’s what most painters focus on. Art that focuses on social and political commentary is what gets most of the attention, though.

I love hearing about other artist's process. Interesting to hear you reason for choosing this series and how the idea came to you. To care about a topic and to use it as a basis to make art in your method is what we all should be doing. Otherwise we would just be taking photographs or painting hyperrealism or copying. Thank you.
