PPF looks awesome. I also have matte ppf on my 62. And having the gloss breaks it up nicely. I also didn’t realise 35’s were illegal on 18”wheels. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Could I ask what bash plates have been installed? Great build once again

Thank you Ken, I appreciate seeing you back here again. The wrap is exceptional, it's the best final finish I've ever seen and it was a pleasure to work with the team to achieve this. 35s are legal on pre-rego gvm upgrades only. Post rego in Australia, they are not.

One thing to consider with the Carobotor instrument cluster: Nissan will not do anything with regard to TPMS or key fob repairs or replacements with this fitted. I have just been thru this personally. So, if you fit the cluster and lose one of your factory keys you will have to get an aftermarket key cut and coded, unless you keep the original cluster and put it back in....and then you will be fudging the km the vehicle has driven unless you do it in the Nissan car park, because the clusters are 1 way data transferable and can't be put back to the original dash. TPMS if you need to reprogram wou will need to use an Autel programmer (about $350 on ebay) as Nissan can't do that either. Their equipment requires the original cluster to communicate with the vehicle properly.

@MORE4x4_au Yes I thought maybe some factual first hand experience might be relevant, rather than a rant (which any keyboard warrior can do,). The issue is Nissan (and probably most manufacturers) are not interested in modified vehicles, and it's just good to be aware of this BEFORE going back to them. You really don't want to be going thru what Iam (contact with Qld Office of Fair Trading; formal letter to dealership ; wait for response; requote law to them etc etc)

Nice build, thanks for sharing, liking the center dash, but I'm concerned about the longevity of the drivers cluster since it is only one way convertible. Can you get a GVM up grade post rego? And does this then reduce your total GCM?

You’re welcome, thanks for tuning in. The head unit conversion is great and bring the interior in this century. The cluster is reversible and we always retain parts just in case it needs to be undone for whatever reason. GVM depends on state, where are you?

@MORE4x4_au hi all, yes I understand the cluster is reversible but I believe the total km OD reading is not. If you had to reinstall the OME cluster can the Km be also updated? I'm in QLD with regards to GVM. Can it be done post rego and with a GVM then reduce what you can tow as the GCM does not change, is this correct?
