That's pretty badass! I had a moped (I think it was a pucci brand it had peddles on it to start the motor) when I was a kid growing up back in the early 1980"s and rode that thing everywhere and even used it as a dirt bike which wasn't a very good idea because the air filter and carburetor kept filling up with dirt and leave but that's how I learned how to work on mechanical engines. My father told me "you broke it, you fix it" so I did. I eventually graduated to an old Harley Davidson 125cc that was both on and off road and I rode that think from about the age of 14 until about 16 or 17. Thanks for the video that brought back a lot of great memories and it makes me want to get a scooter again for my wife and scooting around town.

I rode an '99 Aprilia Leonardo 250 for a while, and while my current BMW F650GS is a great bike I'd love to get back into that CVT life. I'm from the Netherlands, and scooters over 50cc are rare here. You can find 50cc moped-scooters everywhere, but most bikers buy a manual motorcycle once they get their license because it's 'cool'. Been following your van build and saw this and thought I would tell you a story from my past. So way back in the 90's my wife and I lived in the city and then moved to the suburbs and I took along my city bike my Honda Elite . I got a job at the airport that was a good hour drive on the highway and one very hot summer day instead of driving the car I took the Elite on the side roads early. So I work my shift and back then I had little kids and when you could work overtime you did and I just said yes and forgot about riding home. I finished work around midnight and was so tired I said hell with it I will hop on probably one of the biggest scariest highways in North America the 401. I would put the highest octane in the bike and I had the throttle pinned and remember feeling every line in the road, super scary got off after two exits and ended up getting home at around 3 am...ha just noticed when you finished was my B day
