Well, I'm all caught up on your videos, now it's waiting time for part three. ;-) Did you say this piece is 14 feet 3/4 inches? Really... 3/4 inches? ;-) lol The people who say you're promoting your sponsors too much, I feel don't understand how hard it must have been to get them and that you're trying to give the sponsors as much bang for the buck as you can. Thank-you for the time.

I can't think of any other hobby (except blacksmithing) that you can create your own tools?

Thanks for the watch. Yeah it just happens to be the dimensions of the plans. As for people talking about the sponsors. It doesn't bother me. These sponsors invested quite a bit of money into me and these videos. The least I can do is make sure people are aware of why I am working with them and promote their products.

Coming along nicely! Is that plywood only in your local area? Never heard of it.

Thanks Steve. No it's a pretty large company. They deal with Home Depot and Menards for sure. Also a lot of cabinet shops have it.

A couple of friendly suggestions: More video of actually working vs talking, and less pushing and pokes for sponsors. While i respect you are being sponsored, the initial clips of their logos, a brief mention and less of the "Even if i wasn't sponsored" type of talk. I feel that talking like that devalues your opinion on it (in my mindset at least). I am very blunt with my opinions and very truthful. Que my opinion> I'm not terribly impressed with your skill level BUT i respect in one of your videos you mentioned you are putting yourself in front of the world more or less to critique your work. I also appreciate your statement of you never claimed to be overly skilled and are living proof the average guy with some drive can get into the shop. With all that being said, I am not any better than you and i certainly would have a hard time stepping up and filming it, even though i've contemplated it... Props to you buddy and best of luck with it.

Thanks for the feedback. So you say you're not terribly impressed with my skill level. So help me out. What is it that makes you say that? The only way for me to get better is to see where I need to improve. Thanks

too many pocket holes in my opinion when it comes to indoor furniture. Shop cabs and furniture i'm good with. At the SAME time i respect you are also going to appeal to a different crowd then some of the other wood workers. There are many of folk that wouldn't mind nor care about the pocket holes. I respect all of that. Biggest thing i'd say is more descriptions on what you are physically doing when you are doing. More video of the actual process. looking forward to seeing how your cabinets turn out!

Thanks for the explanation. Pocket holes are one of those joinery techniques that some people love, some people hate. For fine furniture, I agree there better joinery methods. For this channel, I'm hoping to explore those other methods more. That being said, the purpose of this channel is to inspire people to get out and build, no matter their level of experience. I'm still new to woodworking. I don't claim to be an expert. In fact, in the final video of the miter saw station build series, I'm going to be doing a recap where I'll explain all my errors and ways to avoid those same mistakes when building. As for the descriptions and more video of the actual process, you're completely right. I need to do more of that. So I appreciate the feedback! Like I said before, it's the only way for me to get better. If we can't receive constructive criticism, then we're probably never going to improve. So thank you for the feedback. I'll definitely take it into account going forward!

Watching video made me cringe when you were pushing small strip thought the saw with only your fingers. Big safety NO NO.
