This was one of the best talks on mitochondria that I have listened to. It was easy to understand and enjoyable to listen to.

It’s important though to get Raw Spirulina unprocessed so that you can utilize all the benefits of the SOD and glutathione process. Spirulina doesn’t work unless it’s from a reputable source as well. “Raw living“ is the best company I’ve found for the most pure potent spirit in the world. I hope this helps people discover how to regain their health. I’m slowly regaining my mitochondrial health thank you for this podcast very much!🙏💙🧡❤️

I’m 81 and not on any medications. I drive a school bus in the foot of the Ozarks. Just had my yearly blood test and all tests good. Blood pressure 126/80, type 0 positive blood. No wrinkles, 129 pounds BUT I’ve lost 3 inches in height. Was once upon a time 5’5 1/2”. I do have some deterioration in my spine and wear glasses.

You might need to take a boron supplement, to ensure that you maintain your bone density. Also, a solution containing a small pinch(100mg) of borax + a pinch of unrefined salt, contains about 11mg boron.

Thank you, I don’t understand why you didn’t say which nutrients help promote SOD production and gluten production I know for a fact that algae provides all of this and I was wondering why you didn’t mention it?

@www.youtube.com/@GeneticsDecoded Are there any PROXIES for mitochondrial function? For example, maybe some kind of energy demanding physical performance test???

Many of the prescribed medicines cause mitochondrial dysfunction, or it interferes with the electron transport chain at cellular level....ie. statins and antibiotics.

Most people are iodine deficient, and iodine is an antioxidant that will reduce the impact of oxidative stress.

Mitochondria are not cells. They are found in each cell.

according to the symbiogenesis hypothesis, mitochondria are the direct descendants of bacteria; so in a way, they are (prokaryotic) cells...
@sveinerikjohnsen129Ай бұрын
The mitochondria are prokaryotes living inside all eukaryote cells in symbiosis, except the red blood cells. Mitochondria are very similar to the Rickettsia bacterium, has a cell membrane and is reproductive. Mitochondria are much more abundant in your body than your own cells, not just Mitochondria but all microbiomes in your body are primarily procaryotes living in symbiosis, meaning they are dependent on what you feed them. If you don’t feed them, or you kill them all, you die.

Did you listen to the entire talk? If not then you should. If you did, go back to the 9:30 mark and listen again

Mitochondria are not cells. A dreadful, dreadful mistake. I suggest that you withdraw the video.
