the 19.19 he ran could have been faster, he was tired. He slightly slowed down towards the end... That's the most impressive race I've ever seen though, if he was fresh, we may have seen a 19.1 that day

You're wrong. Look up the split times for his 9.69 in Beijing - he slowed down by .07 in the last 10 meters, meaning he would've ran 9.62 if he kept the same speed.
