I was 13 when he was killed by bunch of headless, digusting and disgraceful politicians. To me, no one ever close to this exceptionally talented/gifted human being. Tears came to my eyes when I heard that 'Premakeerthi Mama" was murdered. I even drew a portrait of this great man on the same day with great sorrow in my heart. May God be with you 'Premakeerthi Mama"..

Eda Re Guwan Thotupoledi Ma, Ma Ha eda, Ma Nisa Oba, Awasara Natha Mata, Dineka Ransalu, and famous Aatha Ran Wiman, Ratakin Eha were some of his awesome songs which was composed with Clarence...... Wow what a collection of songs. This video brought tears to my eyes. RIP.

Wow! what a tribute to this great man! well done matey! I have always been a great fan of him and I remember back in 1989 when I attended his funeral in 'Kala Bhavana', Colombo that made me shocking as this great man gave his life for some stupid political activism. I cannot thank you any more macho. Please keep up the good work. I always try to give credit to these wonderful lyricists in my videoes. Prem was special for kids too! A small, smiling man with great heart! Cheers Vidhura

When he was murdered in late 80's ,We were in Welimada and I was just 9 years old and my self and my family ( 2 BROTHERS AND PARENTS) were really love to watch sunday Ayubowan because of Premakirth de alwis we love to see him on TV...but fucking dickhead politicians kill him,,,,,Nowadays we don't have such kind of ta;anted artists ...so sorry to Sri Lanka
