Great, thank you. I own the same car. Bought for my wife. Really like. A good car, low fuel consumption, unexpectedly spacious, with a convertible interior. The rear seats are fully folded or easily and quickly dismantled, the front passenger seat is moved forward, the backrest also leans completely forward. There is a lot of space, you can transport oversized cargo. Tall interior, enough headroom, can fit any tall person. I fell in love with this car, a great car for the city and a small family.

Beautiful car. Love these test of affordable cars handled as everyone of us would do. This Mitsubishi was a good car but nowadays most of them seems to be partially destroyed like the first generation of Smart Forfour ( both models shared the engines, advanced and with a very good performances) Good test, thanks!!!!

The matter is that the cars I've seen with more or less fifteen years of use, have a rather bad aspect. Sun-dull headlights and body with adjust problems (not for accident). May be like the Smart Forfour it's not a car for many years of use....i don't know....

Ich hatte zwei Mitsubishi Colt. Den Ersten, den A150, der mit 70 PS nur 160 km/h schaffte wegen der schlechten Aerodynamik und dann ddie 3.Version, mit 1,6l und 113 PS bei 959 kg Gewicht. Bergab lief der 225 km/h (nach Tacho) und beschleunigte wirklich gut. Das war ein tolles Auto. Ich habe es mit über 220 tkm und 25 Jahren noch verkauft. Der Motor lief wie ne 1.

I always try lightweight builds (last 2x were PUG 106 and 106 XS). I would like to keep the little, light motor in my colt (1.1l 75hp - 2/3door) and just add a turbo like back then the Daihatsu Charade gtti with a 3 cylinder 1.0l motor and turbo ending with about 101hp. If I ever find a turbo I can fit onto this thing…

I am driving a Vauxhall Corsa C with 1.4 l and 90 hp. Driving it on the German Autobahn is almost the same like this car. Maximum speed is also around 180 km/h. The engine is very loud and you think it is going to explode in the next few seconds. There is a huge difference of driving 180 kmh in such a car in which you think that you fly in a jet or driving 180 km/h in a newer and bigger car such as in my dad's car which is the newest C class of Mercedes Benz with even only the smallest possible 160 hp engine in which you think you cruise casually while driving 180 km/h.

I live in Germany and commute from Nürnberg to Mainz. Black 1.1L 2-Door 75hp with a K&N Sportfilter (inlay) and 16” Brock rims and just hit 50tkm. 190km/h max on straights. Taking out the rear seats (again) and would love to find a nice little turbo and exhaust kit for it. Great car. I do recommend the max size wheel/tire combo (or at least low profile) for stability at 170+.

@@fumakage1654 Seems like A3 got almost no speed limit, maybe 10% if the map is correct. If you commute often, a faster car like an A6 would make more sense than maxing out the colt.

I have a jdm version of this with a bench seat and a column shifter. Its probably the most comfortable Japanese hatchback out there. Its surprisingly stable at high speeds too, but it takes quite a bit of time to get to those speeds lol still a great car and i love it to bits.

I hit 200 in mine but i have 3 door version which weighs 940kg and also i did take out rear seats and spare tyre and the headrests lol so it was around 100kg lighter 845kg by time i stripped it lol

75PS from 1.1 litres wasn't too bad for the mid-00s. I had a 1993 Nissan Micra which had 75PS but from 1.3 litres.

Hello from the UK , i have a 2007 CZ1 3 door Colt same 1.1 engine but its very odd i can hit 95kmh in 2nd gear at rev limiter and 170kmh in 4th and onto top speed of 200kmh on M40 Motorway here in the UK is it because the 3 door model is a lot lighter due to not have the extra 2 doors at the rear ?
