Mitsubishi Eclipse 2G ( The rocker panels restoration.)

Here we have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse 2G. This car is 20 years old, and I was tasked with restoring it to its former glory. At first I wasn't keen on doing any bodywork, but every body shop I knew didn't want to have anything to do with this rust bucket - as soon as I told them that the job goes beyond repairing damaged exterior panels and involves restoring the inner structure of the rocker panels. Which meant I had to do everything myself. At least I got some great content out of it for the 13th installment if "savetheeclipse"
