Hi good informative video. I intend to buy split ac for the room size 12 by 10 approx 120 sqrft on the top floor,butbroom is still on the cooler side as no direct sunlight cones in the room only in the evening at 4 to 5 sunset rays comez on the west wall. Now looking at our room.size is 1.5 ton 3 star or 5 star which one is good? .we will be using ac in the afternoon between 1330 to 4 and in the ight between 2130 to 1 in April may and October otherwise othervdays will be using it at the same time could be every alternate day just to keep the machine in running condition. Selected ac Panasonic Llyod Haier Priority Instant and faster cooling and Silent in the room. In general i had read so many people saying they were Unhappy about the installation process carried out by irrespective of the company. After sales service should be good. Which one should i buy ? Panasonic Llyod Haier Inicially thought of buying o general but that's heavy and costly ac for house.same as mitubhiishi. Any significant advantage of buying electric Mitsubishi ac. Comparing Mitsubishi non inverter GK vs JP: GK is higher price than JP. Below are the Advantages of GK at the same all pros are ignorable. GK: 1.50 ton 1450w, 2 ton 1850w; JP : 1.50 ton1590w, 2 ton 1960 ; JP is just 140w more in 1.50 ton, 110w more in 2 ton which are ignorable when we consider higher price of GK. GK: Outdoor unit is blue fins coated; JP no blue fins in outdoor unit; this blue fins are important only in coastal region hence this also ignorable. GK:Air volume CFM : 1.50 ton: 777, 2 ton 777; JP 1.50 ton 699, 2 ton 764; Again not much difference hence this also ignorable considering the higher price of GK. GK:Auto vertical and horizontal swing ; JP: auto horizontal swing,Manual vertical Swing. Here alone GK is a head of JP in vertical swing. Below are the Advantages of JP where JP outperforms GK. JP : Anti corrosion coating to prevent gas leakage; GK : No such coating. JP: Tropical Technology compressor which works even at 50°C outside temperature. GK : This compressor works only upto 46°C. JP: Cooling capacity 1.50 ton 5350w, 2 ton 6600w, GK: 1.50 ton 5200w, 2 ton 6600w. JP: R32 gas, GK: R410A; R32 is latest and much higher efficiency gas also it has only ⅓ effect on global warming comparing 410A gas, Hence clear winner is JP, also it is lesser cost than GK. Go for JP without 2nd thought.

There is nothing like which is good for domestic or commercial. Mitsubishi Electric ac are far better than Heavy in Commercial use. Heavy has high maintenance when running in commercial environment. Some mitsubishi heavy models dosnt have coatings in ubends in the evaporator coils or are of poor quality that is prone to leakage over time. MHI after sales is pathetic too. Build quality wise from plastics to power consumption to coatings the Mitsubishi Electric is way better.
