i agree with you, but at the same time, Evo has been a rather utilitarian car. When i bought my Evo 10, i kept my Evo 8, mainly because it's more raw and connected with the driver, but it also has more trunk room (i use that all the time) and non-aluminum room (i put my kayak on it). I love by my Evos for different reasons.

The battery and washer fluid are in the trunk because they can't fit in the engine bay either lol.... But you're correct. You buy an Evo because it's an Evo... Those of us that have driven Evo's 9 and older know why you buy one. besides it's still a full 4 door.

Great Review, we dont have the variety in USA 300,330,360. Mine states it's 291hp @ 6500rpm so I'm assuming I have the 300 equivalent. Which still is preeeteee fast :)

thats not a 2013 evo x its an 08-09 you can tell by the center display between the speedometer and rpm gauges

I'm afraid that Mitsubishi is going down the gutter. Smart Car like vehicles are what Mitsu thinks will take them to the future? The EVO is the only decent car that Mitsu makes. If they get rid of the EVO, mistu will have even less relevance than it does now in my opinion.

You dont buy a sports car for its ability to carry things besides people. Do you plan on building a tree house, and need huge pieces of lumber? The battery and wiper fluid are kept in the trunk for weight distribution. You also dont buy a sports car expecting superb gas mileage or fuel economy. Sure, other sports cars make better use of their fuel, but you cant get everything you want.

this video pissed me off. yet again another review with an auto trans used to describe the evo in general with no mention that its an upgrade. comes with a standard 5-speed manual trans.. if this is being catered to a specific area of the world at least mention that the standard trans is different for different exports or something. and btw the dual clutch isnt the best when it only handles 500ft/lb if you plan on modding this will eventually be an expensive issue

To be honest i think mitsubishi made a piece of shit with this car. We dont want big heavy evo's we like them to be able to get quick speeds in no time at all. This is just a heavy rig that will need to climb. I hate this

Fuck electric vehicles and hybrids. Complete bullshit, I hope it's all gonna blow over soon. So we can actually start concentrating on proper options to fossil fuel. I hope they don't ruin the evo though. It's already kinda ruined for me, I hate the look of the X model. But it's still a proper evo, even if I don't like the externals of it
