Would the torque be the same for the 2007 l200

I can't say for certain, but if the bolts are the same size as the K74 you won't be that far off

What were your symptoms for this needing replacing? Ive got a k74, noisy when coasting in gear, ok with clutch in or foot down. This has been floated as the possible problem

The bearing had detached from the rubber mount, interestingly didn't make much noise, only noticed when I was under for something else. Easy enough to crawl under and have a look

Unfortunately you replaced the gearbox end in the wrong place. Check you're video. Itll probably vibrate like hell.

Yeah correct, it did, re-watched my video and found it 🤦 good spot though! Even re-attached in the correct place it still had a vibration issue actually. I ended up using jubilee clips to manually rebalance the propshaft.
