This video is about two Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X I recorded during various Time Attack Italia events in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The cars are modified by J-Spec Perf, a Japanese cars tuning shop and car builder in Switzerland.

First of all. the tail lights is what makes the car look bad. the front end is good still. The main problem is when people think "evo" or "STi" they think of that sweet fuckin ride in the mid 2000's with the boxy look. The front of the car looks good. But those damn tail lights..... it's too much of a departure from what they used to look like

I think a big issue is it still looks a lot like the base Lancer and there are tons of them, so they associate it with cheap econobox cars... which is what Rally really started as being centered around.

I sat in a Final Edition and seeing how one of these perform on a track setting, it's VERY surprising how nimble it is. It looks like it could out handle a Honda hatch easily with almost twice the weight.

hui qin There's 2 different evos in the video. I believe one of the cars has a tanabe medallion g blue exhaust and the other looks like a single exit exhaust by tomei. It also looks like the video is sped up a bit which make the exhaust sound[s] different.
