Thanks for sharing these videos very helpful since I'm new owner of 2001 Montero NM l. I have a couple questions, how do you remove the plastic cover that houses the spare tire? and can you tell me an easy way to access the A/C drain so that I can make sure it's not the reason my passenger side floor soaked when it rains. I checked my drains from the sunroof and they are clear after running some plastic wire through the drain tubes. Thanks for your help

Hi, I'm glad that my vidoes are helping. That was the reason to start this channel. I didn't get to rear door and A/C system yet. Both are on my list - with million other issues :) . However from what I was able to find in Haynes manual 68766. A/C drain is at the firewall from engine side. Check also here www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=pajero+3%2C2+did+ac+drain#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:7adfb002,vid:7T0Fdk9H8MY hopefully this helps. And external plastic trim on rear doors are apparently hold by plastic clips same on side doors and fenders. But please be gentle when removing those as I cannot confirm that it is actual the case here. Good luck.

Hi, Just today I removed all plastic panels from rear cargo door. The registration plate plastic trim and panel underneath it are hold by two nuts which need to be unscrew from inside. Small plastic panel on the other bottom side of the door is just held by plastic clips and can be removed from outside. All external plastics are also held by adhesive double sided tape. So starting from inside you need to unscrew two screws from the rear brake light cover. Than you need to unscrew rear brake light itself. Next unscrew internal door handle and that black plastic trim on the bottom side of the door. Gently peel of weather foil. Most likely you will need new butyl tape for reinstall. Finally on the side you should see two nuts on 10mm socket. One holding registration panel other is holding bottom panel underneath. Once unscrew move to the external registration lights and remove both of them. Then you can start prying registration panel itself. Next you should be able to pry off bottom panel. If you want to additionaly remove spare wheel holder then from inside the car you need to remove 2 nuts on 12mm socket. And then you can unscrew 4 bolts from outside. If you have any other question feel free to ask. Good luck!

Hello, currently working on another video regarding leaking front shaft. I also changed to different video editing software and it is going slowly as I'm still learning it.

My father had the same car. It’s a great car! But it’s hard to find some parts, and the 3,2 engine “eats” a lot’s of fuel.

Hello, it much longer than I expected. Definitely preferring working under the car than on a laptop during my free time. Here you go: instagram.com/oggrepairs/ Will be adding some general content there in the future :)
