The main elevators serving the guestroom floors, hence floors above 3 (main lobby) need a keycard. One of these elevators serve the basement floors but those are locked off for some reason, so one must use the brand new KONE elevators at the front to access those floors. Also for some reason the elevator that I rode here was slightly bouncy on the way down, especially when it decelerated on the ground floor. On the other hand, these are just some typical Mitsubishi GPS-III elevators from the late 1990s-early 2000s.
Another G Hotel on Kelawai Road has newer Mitsubishi elevators and is much taller than this one. Sadly I didn't go there due to insufficient time.
