TECHNICALLY every 'Enemy' was legendary when they could be legendary, any allies won't be legendary, and considering named enemies are unique (you could argue they are a differant kind of legendary), and the fact that allies or potential allies don't become legendary is just a balancing thing since a legendary immortal dogmeat or danse as a companion would be too OP. So in my logic you did complete the game with only legendary enemies, you only killed a few who were allies that weren't legendary. (We are ignoring the radroaches since you can skip them and legendary spawns after level 8.)

Can you beat Fallout 4 as a cowboy? Rules: You *MUST* use the cowboy outfit in Nuka World. Allowed weapons: 44/Western Revolver, pipe revolver, bolt-action pipe rifle, hunting/ lever-action rifle (no scopes), double barrel shotgun, combat knifes/Pickman's blade, Molotov cocktails, and bear traps. Bonus rule: You cannot hack terminals and you can't have Valentine hack (unless required for missions).

That's actually an awesome idea. I'd add fists to the list though so he can do the challenge right out of the vault. Optional modifiers: no stimpacks or radaway, food only (you need to see a doctor for their fancy book learnin to heal your rads or use the foods that do that). The only drug you can use is alcohol, maybe get addicted to it so you can immerse yourself in old-west alcoholism. Side with the Railroad because in this crazy world of tech you don't understand, trains are relatable.

Red is 2x damage (mostly animals) Yellow bonus accuracy and I think speed? Gun and robot enemies Green is bonus poison/radiation damage (insects, mutated beasts, ghouls) There is also one just for robots which causes them to explode on death In addition to this, all of these have the same 9999 healing effect after dropping under 50%.

fun fact: if you max out your affinity with nick and do his side quest, he’ll take you to the cambridge police station and if you go there before talking to paladin danse, you have a dialogue option to just want to get into the station for the holotape.

Here’s an idea: can you beat new Vegas as the mantis queen? I recently heard you can shoot mantis eggs with guns to hatch mantis. But what would happen if you modded a junk jet with mantis eggs as the ammo? Will they hatch upon impact? If not, Can you still weaponize mantis eggs to kill all factions leaders?

Radiation weapons are really strong in this because enemies weak to rad damage (mostly humans) cannot regen rad damage when they mutate
