Genuine review. Before buying any 5.1 home theater system better to check the unit by connecting optical or HDMI ARC input from any Dolby/ DTS 5.1 Decoding device. Mi 4 K Android box is best i ever used. And the testing Material should have 5.1 Dolby Audio codec even it is OTT content. Bluetooth,USB, Aux connections are limited to give only 2 channel stereo, and this kind of home theaters will deliver Prologic 5.1 audio when switch on USB / Aux / connections .Most of the low budget 5.1 home theater brands are utilizing this ignorance of customers on Prologic 2 audio and Dolby 5.1 Audio.And their Technical sheets will hide the details on Supporting Audio formats, compatibility and important data. And they will clearly mention the Bass, Treble, Subwoofer Power etc..

Fort s660 is a good soundbar but Dolby was not supported in my both units. Boat Avante 3200d support Dolby. Dolby is only useful when watching/listening Dolby content, otherwise both have very good audio quality

Very Good explanation, I wanted to buy this exclusivley for DOLBY. I already have separate DTS encoder and conncted to my 5.1 amp. It works fine. But wanted to go with more watt and true dolby. Anyways I was thinking that how come in such a small price they got dolby incoroportaed in this system. Generally Need a chip and license for it. However as a stanalone 5.1 amp MIVI is one of the best. And you reviewed it very well. I was about to buy this, but thought to check reviews and your review was first one. Great Job bro👍 Without DOLBY, for me its just a 660 watt 5.1 channel amp with some fancy equlizers. If its really going to support DOLBY, nothing like it. I will buy it for sure.

Make sure you are connecting with hdmi arc of your tv. Also it sounds only with pcm audio. If Dolby audio is selected, choose pcm option
