Ingredients:
caramel :
1/2 cup of sugar (100g)
1/4 cup of water (60ml)
flan:
2 eggs .
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon of instant coffee .
1 tablespoon of warm water.
1 can of condensed milk (400g).
1 and 1/4 cup of milk (300 ml).
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
candied cherries and a mint leaves for decoration (optional)

It does look delicious. My recipe is even easier with regards to the glaze. You don't have to caramelized sugar, you simply put brown sugar in the bottom of the casserole and gently pour the milk and eggs over it! 😋

This is known as Flan. In this case, it's flavored with coffee. Custard cooked on the stove top instead of the oven with coffee flavor. You can add any flavor you'd like.

Please people, so much whining, about how long it takes. It dose not take more than 10 min. to prepare. It has to cook, and then cool. Take it easy. Great things come to those who wait. Just relax.
