Just made it! OMG so good! Family loves it too! I used 1/8 cup sugar instead of 1/4 because I don't like things too sweet and it turned out perfect for me. Warning! Banana stays hot longer than the cake. Let it cool a bit before eating. Thanks for posting this.

Я заменила коровье молоко на кокосовое молоко 🥥18% жирности , мука без глютена , и в тесто положила дольки консервированного ананаса 🍍, всю массу переложила на сковороду смазанную маслом 15 минут с одной стороны и 10 с другой 👌. От жирности молоко зависит плотность теста.
