Thank you very much. It's kinda hard to break down my process because so much of it just happens instinctively. But essentially it starts with the music (which I have to love!), and that fills my mind with possible spaces, colours, and textures. Then I have to find or create footage which is close to my imagined version - archive.org, Shutterstock, Pexels etc. The rest is editing until it 'feels' right. With this one I used the 'chance poignancy' technique! 3 or 4 layers of video loops staggered so they restart at different times. This creates unexpected combos and connections which I find interesting 🙂
