Ingredients needed for the meal.
3 cups of wheat flour, 360 grams.
1 pack of dry yeast, 10 grams.
1 teaspoon of salt, 8 grams.
9 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 180 grams.
3 grated red potatoes.
2 onions, 1 fresh red pepper, 1 pinch of parsley, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
The spices I use are salt, black pepper and red pepper powder.
50 grams of cheddar cheese.
Apply 1 egg yolk on the surface.
You can optionally add black cumin and sesame seeds.
Let's bake it in the oven at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes.

@@YemekTv1 Hello, I love your recipes and I have tried them before 😁 With this recipe, I have had the same problem as the person who commented above. The mayonnaise was not enough to work it into a smooth dough. I added more mayonnaise until it formed a whole ball of dough and have covered it for 10 minutes, but there is no sign of the yeast making it spongy like usual and as yours does in the video. There is nothing in the captions about anything you may have added. Please can you make any suggestions as to what I may have done wrong - I would love to be able to make this recipe. I truly love your recipes and your channel 😊 Also, greetings from Jersey, Channel Islands 😁
