Надо было добавить в тесто ещё растительное масло. Тогда тесто эластичное и легко рассмотреть до тонкого. Можно вместо фарша мясного. Сделать с брынзой малосольной. Ох какие вкусные получаются и со сметаной 😊.

Рецепт хорош,но готовить дорогие,надо без перчаток,это не упрек а правило,конечно сейчас все по другому,всю жизнь проработала поваром иготовили чистыми руками,никакая комиссия замечаний не делала.
