Mind blowing Sir! Something which was a concept in my mind, you have created it. I have tried many platters, I think this one amazing. The only difference being Shrimps instead of Fish, just to distinguish between the three. Baki sab fit hai! Keep them coming!

@@RaviSisodiya Nahi Sir! Badi gathering ho tabhi possible hai. Ab is Corona kaal mein possible nahi lag rahi. But personally I would like to serve it in 3 different sections on a single platter. Using boiled egg as a separator, an oval rice trey. Shrimps I would like to keep in middle to separate out the Chicken and Mutton. Lot's of Onion rings and lemon wedges. Sir! zara visualize karo what I have just said. Chutney to go with it definitely.
