We completely understand your impatience. At the moment, we and Minecraft are working hard in order to fix the issue. We have sent in a fix proposal and suggest you waiting abit longer. Unfortunately, this kind of fix often takes some time. Remember that it is not an issue that appears generally, but apparently rather rarely on certain occasions/devices. For a refund, you would always have to address Minecraft. We are not the sellers, just the creators, and very probably, it’s not our fault. Apologies, however!
