I was today years old when i found out you can just insert a IEnumerator inside a function instead of calling a Coroutine

If you're talking about the function at 4:13, I think you might be misunderstanding the code a bit. He's still calling the PrepAttack coroutine, the only difference is he wrote PrepAttack as a local function. The behavior in this case is the same as putting PrepAttack outside of the method.

My absolute favourite part is the counter system, if you get attacked by multiple opponents at the same time Batman can counter each of them in a way that makes sense. Sidestep the first guy, catch the leg of the second guy and flip him over, the quickly spin around to throw the stumbling first guy into the third guy. And it even incorporates the environment Batman can slam an enemy into a nearby wall or bang his head against a rail
