Mix and Jam

2 жыл бұрын

This project is a take on the Super Booster ability from the Metroid games, and this version is inspired by the latest game of the franchise: Metroid Dread! This video showcases my journey to explore game dev techniques and try to achieve a similar mechanic using Unity!

The further I get into the video, the more I'm reminded how many aspects of game development are covered on this channel: programming, animations, shader graph, particle system... A true jack-of-all-trades, André! Bravo!

This my friend takes years of learning hard! This looks easy because it's probably one of the most eficient ways of making these things, which a less professional programmer might make in a more complex and clunky way.

And he's back!!! Really happy about that. This video is another fantastic example of not only showing how to do specific things in Unity or any game engine at all, but also how to break things like these down. It started out as "How do you even do that" and ended as bite-sized steps that anyone can follow. I hope you're aware of how important your work is!
