MC404 is more straight forward and immediate, easy to use and those filters are also top notch. This covers more applications being also a saturator and limiter, all multiband. But also more tweaking, long learning curve, more latency but also LP option.

Thanks for the review! Amazing Tool! Testing it, sounds great and super versatile and love the possibility "multi" plus "single"! Trying to use almost exclusively AA plugs in my work, Ocean is a perfect addition! AND: Yeah! Orange Limiter is included here! If I may wish and/or hope for: Acustica, please make an "Orange Suite" happen, EQ, Comp, Limiter! Would be awesome! Looking foward to this! Many Thanks!

It looks sick!! I appreciate that they have made it quite simple rather than doing something like making it possible to change the model for every band. I'm surprised Titanium didn't make it into the models. This seems to do exactly what you want though, fantastic plugin. If this was a hardware piece I can only imagine it being at least 20k, probably more with the number of compressors, limiters, and saturators in it.

Try out the McDSP ML4000 Mastering Limiter. It exists for years and still it's unbeatable imho.

David -- I am hearing a problem with the sound of this video -- volume strangely low compared to your other videos.... I checked it in Firefox, Edge, Chrome... - - is it just me ???? - - I just rebooted PC, reset my SSL 2+ Audio Interface etc... still same issue - - somebody else also notices ?? Try switching from this to other MixbuxTV videos......

Acustica is on fire lately, releasing lot of great emulation, and stuff like this or Ash where you can find all their model in one plugin. That's probably why the time setting is limited in this one, otherwise we wouldn't need any other of their plugin :)

The compressor/limiter curves are emulations of single band hardware compressors and limiters and different saturators are emulations of different hardware... "Sand" compression mode is an SSL bus compressor for example. Expander into limiter, multiband saturator, regular multiband compresssion, and multiband limiting in a single plugin. It's actually very unique. You definitely won't get the same sound with fabfilter or any other multiband processor that I know of and I have tried practically all of them. Its a different beast for sure.
